The Website and the organization have nothing to do with the provision of internet connection services and the User remains solely responsible for the payment of all debts to the competent providers of the relevant services and for ensuring his/her access to the Internet.

Users agree and accept that the organization may modify and/or temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of all or part of the Website with and/or without notice to the Users. For this reason, the organization bears no responsibility for any kind of damage due to the interruption or irregular operation of the Website or the inability of Users to access it, the cessation of all or parts of it, the delay, non-delivery, interruption or poor quality of reception of its services or the loss of its content or the existence of any kind of errors. The agency expressly reserves the right to supervise the application of these rules in its sole discretion.

REMEDY

The User agrees that he will protect, defend and indemnify the organization, its partners, its employees and the organization’s personnel in general for any damage and expense, without limitation, that it may suffer and which arises from or is connected, directly or indirectly, with misuse by the User of the Website or with violation of the Terms of Use.

EXPIRATION

FULL AGREEMENT – DIVISIBILITY

If for any reason it is held by a competent court that any of these Terms of Use is invalid and cannot be enforced, the validity and validity of the remaining terms will not be affected or affected.
